Cancellation Policy

Discover scuba diving, dives, snorkelling, buggy tours

• At least 24 hours before the start (including exactly 24 hours): free cancellation, 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before, no-show or late arrival: no refund.
• Rebooking to another date subject to availability if requested at least 24 hours before.

Diving courses

• The separately stated eLearning component is non-refundable only if provision has begun and the right of withdrawal has validly expired (terms 11.3).
• At least 14 days before the course starts: free cancellation, refund of the course price paid; the eLearning component is deducted only under the conditions of terms 11.3.
• Less than 14 days before or no-show: no refund.
• If medical clearance is required by the assessment of the medical questionnaire or by the applicable safety requirements and cannot be presented, participation is not possible. The cancellation rules of this section apply; no voucher is issued.

Cancellation by us, weather and sea conditions

If we cancel an activity, for example due to weather, sea conditions, currents or visibility, you may choose between an alternative date or a full refund.

Bookings via partner platforms

If you booked via a partner platform or travel agency, its terms apply to cancellation and refunds.
